The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of western Nevada, 
including the following area, Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area.

Widespread flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Isolated 
thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and evening 
with localized heavy rain, gusty winds, and lightning.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be 
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central California, including the 
  following area, Mono County. Portions of Nevada, including the 
  following areas, Mineral and Southern Lyon Counties and Western 
  Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of small creeks, 
  streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding 
  may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings 
  may be flooded.
