...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for a portion of northeast California, 
including the following area, Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra 
Counties.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat, however creeks and 
rivers will still be running high. Snow levels are expected to stay 
under 6000 feet through the remainder of the storm, therefore snow 
will be the primary precipitation type and heavy rain will not pose 
as much of a threat.
