...FLASH FLOOD WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR WESTERN DUPLIN COUNTY...

Flood waters have receded and flooding is no longer expected to pose 
a threat. Additional rain is expected overnight but the heaviest 
rain has ended. A general 3 to 5 inches of rain fell in the warned 
area, with locally higher amounts across the far northwest part of 
the county. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.

A Flood Watch remains in effect until 400 AM EST for a portion of 
eastern North Carolina.
