...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 PM CDT THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR HARDIN, JASPER AND TYLER COUNTIES...

At 1218 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 5 and 13 inches of rain 
have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible 
in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Jasper, Silsbee, Woodville, Kirbyville, Kountze, Colmesneil, 
  Chester, Fred, Warren, Town Bluff, Wildwood, Buna, Saratoga, 
  Thicket, Spurger, Caney Head, Village Mills, Mt. Union, Magnolia 
  Springs and Honey Island.

Numerous road closures are occurring across the warned area, please 
delay travel if possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
