...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 530 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON FOR 
GILA, COCONINO AND YAVAPAI COUNTIES...

Heavy rain has ended and a stream gage on Fossil Creek indicates 
water is gradually decreasing, so the warning will expire at 5:30 PM 
MST. Water levels are expected to continue decreasing tonight, but 
use caution as they will still be higher than usual. There's a 
chance for additional rain and thunderstorms through this evening, 
so continue to monitor weather sources.
