The Flood Advisory has expired for portions of east central and 
eastern Virginia, including the following areas, in east central 
Virginia, Essex and Richmond. In eastern Virginia, Northumberland.

The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a 
threat. However, light to moderate rain continues over the area. 
Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
