portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following areas, 
Hudson and Union and southeast New York, including the following 
areas, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Queens and 
Richmond (Staten Island).

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
