...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 230 AM CST EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Urban and poor drainage flooding caused by heavy rainfall 
  is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Panhandle Florida, including the following 
  county, Bay.

* WHEN...Until 230 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 
  Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is 
  imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1226 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and poor drainage
    flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Panama City, Lynn Haven, Panama City Beach, Callaway,
    Springfield, Hiland Park, Tyndall Air Force Base, Parker,
    Dirego Park, Cedar Grove, Millville, Magnolia Beach, Bay
    Harbor, Brannonville, College Station, St Andrews State Park,
    Biltmore Beach, Gulf Lagoon Beach, Bayou George and West
    Panama City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.
