...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in 
Alabama...

  Paint Rock River NEAR Woodville affecting Marshall, Jackson and 
  Madison Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Paint Rock River near Woodville.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, The Butler Bottom Lowlands near the river 
  are flooded. High waters are approaching County Road 20 north of 
  the town of Paint Rock.
  At 15.0 feet, Flood waters affect mostly bottomland along the 
  river...including low lying farm and pasturelands.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 15.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CST Tuesday was 16.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river has crested and will continue to fall
    tonight, falling below flood stage late tonight into early
    Wednesday morning. It will then continue falling to a stage
    of 5.0 feet by Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
