The Flood Advisory will expire at 5 PM EST this afternoon for a 
portion of east Tennessee, including the following areas, Anderson, 
Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Grainger, Jefferson, Knox, Loudon, 
Morgan, Roane and Union.

The heavy rain has ended and flooding is no longer expected to pose 
a threat.
