...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Oklahoma, including the following 
  counties, Canadian, Cleveland, Kingfisher, Logan, McClain and 
  Oklahoma.

* WHEN...Until 900 AM CST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. 

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 703 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Oklahoma City, Norman, Edmond, Moore, Midwest City, Del City,
    Guthrie, Newcastle, Yukon, Bethany, Mustang, Choctaw, Warr
    Acres, The Village, Piedmont, Harrah, Spencer, Nichols Hills,
    Jones and Nicoma Park.
