The Flood Advisory is cancelled for portions of north central and 
northwest Louisiana, including the following parishes, in north 
central Louisiana, Grant and Winn. In northwest Louisiana, 
Natchitoches and Sabine.

The heavy rain has ended. Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no 
longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
