The Flood Advisory will expire at 4 AM PST early this morning for 
portions of North Idaho, including the following counties, Bonner 
and Boundary and Northeast Washington, including the following 
counties, Pend Oreille and Stevens.

The heavy rain has ended. Any ongoing urban and small stream 
flooding is expected to recede. Please continue to heed remaining 
road closures.
