  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

* Until 845 AM AST.

* At 820 AM AST, a cloud producing waterspouts was located over the 
  water near Isla de Cabra, moving southwest at 15-25 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Pilot.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can create locally hazardous seas. Small 
           craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* The cloud will remain over mainly open waters.
