  Kauai Channel...
  Kauai Leeward Waters...
  Kauai Northwest Waters...
  Kauai Windward Waters...
  Oahu Windward Waters...

* Until 745 AM HST.

* At 539 AM HST, heavy showers and embedded thunderstorms were 
  located along a line extending from 37 nm northwest of Lehua Rock 
  to near Makahuena Point, moving northeast at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Nawiliwili Harbor, FAD Buoy CK, FAD Buoy DK, FAD Buoy EK, Kilauea
  Lighthouse, Southern Tip of Niihau, Kikiaola Harbor, and Hanalei
  Bay.
