* At 746 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 12 NM southeast 
  of Grays Reef Buoy, moving east at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 34 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds
           and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Mainly open waters of Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA 
  from 20 to 60 NM.
