  20 nm to 40 nm...

* Until 1100 PM EDT.

* At 1006 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Edisto Sixty
  Reef, or 10 nm south of N. Edisto Nearshore Reef, moving southeast
  at 30 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
