* At 733 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 nm north of West
  Cameron 45, or 13 nm northeast of The Mouth Of The Sabine River,
  moving southeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 
           suddenly higher waves.
