SITUATION AT 1800UTC
Vigorous flow associated with a cold front near 37S088E 49S095E, forecast near
37S092E 50S098E at 050000UTC, near 42S098E 54S103E at 050600UTC, near 43S103E
to low 973hPa near 56S106E at 051200UTC, and near 47S111E to low 965hPa near
58S112E at 051800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 37S090E 49S116E 55S127E 58S128E 59S112E 44S086E 37S090E.

FORECAST
Northwesterly quarter winds east of front, shifting westerly quarter winds west
of front from 050000UTC, and turning clockwise within 240nm of low from
051200UTC. Wind speeds 34/47 knots. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy
swell.
