Vigorous clockwise flow developing associated with forecast low 994hPa near
43S137E at 141800UTC, low 991hPa near 45S141E at 150000UTC, and low 988hPa near
46S142E at 150600UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 38S133E 38S144E 47S145E 47S134E 38S133E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots developing within 240nm in northwestern quadrant of
low. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate swell.
