SITUATION AT 0000UTC
Vigorous flow associated with a low 960hPa near 60S138E. Forecast low 960hPa
near 62S144E at 220600UTC, low 959hPa near 64S150E at 221200UTC, low 958hPa
near 64S153E at 221800UTC and 960hPa near 63S160E at 230000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 56S121E 52S130E 52S150E 53S160E 60S160E 61S137E 61S122E 56S121E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/45 knots within 600nm of low in the northern semicircle,
extending to within 720nm of low in the northern semicircle after 220600UTC.
Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
