GALE WARNING FOR WESTERN AREA

SITUATION AT 1800UTC
Vigorous clockwise flow associated with a low 997hPa near 41.5S116E, forecast
low 1000hPa near 43S119E at 110000UTC, low 1001hPa near 45S122E at 110600UTC,
and low 1001hPa near 46S125E at 111200UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 38S112E 39S122E 45S122E 46S118E 43S112E 38S112E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots within 240nm of low in all quadrants, except
southeastern quadrant. Winds easing below 34 knots throughout the area after
111200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
