Vigorous northerly flow developing associated with a cold front near 41S122E
48S123E 53S123E at 171500UTC and near 43S124E 47S125E 53S124E at 171800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 40S120E 42S131E 52S131E 54S125E 40S120E.

FORECAST
Northerly quarter winds 30/40 knots developing within 240nm east of cold front
after 171200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
