SITUATION AT 1800UTC
Vigorous flow associated with a cold front 53S128E 56S115E. Forecast cold front
57S127E 58S115E at 130000UTC, 60S127E 59S114E at 130600UTC, then weakening
thereafter.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S116E 59S115E 60S127E 49S126E 54S116E.

FORECAST
Northeasterly quarter winds within 120nm southeast of cold front. Northwesterly
quarter winds within 180nm north of front. Wind speeds 30/40 knots, easing
below 34 knots by 131200UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
