SITUATION AT 0000UTC
Vigorous southeasterly winds associated with tropical low (06U) 1002hPa near
20.5S152.1E. Forecast 1002hPa near 20.8S15E at 220600UTC, 1001hPa near
20.5S153.2E at 221200UTC, 998hPa near 20.1S153.5E at 221800UTC then weakening.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by area 19S151E 21S151E 22S153E 20S155E 19S151E.

FORECAST
Southeasterly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 80nm of low in the southwestern
quadrant. Winds easing below 34 knots throughout the affected area by
222100UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Low to moderate swell.
