AREA AFFECTED Bounded by 37S080E 41S105E 45S116E 54S118E 63S110E 62S091E 58S080E 37S080E 37S080E. FORECAST Northwesterly quarter winds 30/40 knots within 540nm east of cold front, turning clockwise 34/47 knots within 420nm of low, expanding to within 630nm of low in northern semicircle. Clockwise winds expanding to within 900nm of low in the northern semicircle from 190000UTC. Winds increasing to 48/60 knots within 360nm of low and contracting to the northern semicircle only from 190600UTC. Rough to very rough seas, increasing to high to very high in storm force winds.
