STORM FORCE WIND WARNING FOR WESTERN AREA

SITUATION AT 0000UTC
Vigorous clockwise flow due to low 974hPa near 30S095E. Forecast low 982hPa
near 31S098E at 200600UTC, low 987hPa near 31S102E at 201200UTC, and low 993hPa
near 31S103E at 201800UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 25S090E 31S105E 34S102E 33S094E 30S090E 25S090E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/47 knots within 160nm of low in all quadrants. Wind speeds
easing below 47 knots after 200600UTC and below 34 knots throughout after
201500UTC. Very rough to high seas, rising to very high seas with storm force
winds. Heavy swell becoming moderate to heavy by 201800UTC.
