Vigorous flow associated with low 973hPa near 57S123E. Forecast low 968hPa near
60S122E at 140600UTC, low 966hPa near 62S118E at 141200UTC, low 965hPa near
63S111E at 141800UTC, and low 965hPa near 62S105E at 150000UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S122E 54S128E 61S128E 66S120E 64S098E 63S116E 54S122E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 34/47 knots within 240nm of low. Winds contracting to within
240nm of low in southern semicircle. Very rough to high seas. Moderate to heavy
swell.
