SITUATION AT 1200UTC
Vigorous flow developing associated with low 970hPa west of the area near
57S074E. Forecast low 971hPa near 58S077E at 031800UTC, low 970hPa near 59S078E
at 040000UTC, low 967hPa near 60S081E at 040600UTC, and low 965hPa near 61S082E
at 041200UTC.

AREA AFFECTED
Bounded by 54S080E 56S088E 60S087E 58S080E 54S080E.

FORECAST
Clockwise winds 30/40 knots developing within 300nm of low in the northeastern
semicircle within the affected area by 031500UTC. Winds easing below 34 knots
after 040900UTC. Rough to very rough seas. Moderate to heavy swell.
