The following message is transmitted at the request of Summit
County Emergency Mgt.

Francis and Woodland Hills water supplies are critically low due
to multiple pump failures. Outdoor watering is currently
prohibited and general conservation is required until pumps are
made operable. The City has a plan in place to prevent this from
reoccurring. See Francis City website for additional information.
