SITUATION At 2100 UTC Ex-Tropical Cyclone Olga was centred within 15 nautical miles of latitude twenty one decimal four south (21.4S) longitude one hundred and fourteen decimal three east (114.3E) Recent movement : southwest at 8 knots Maximum winds : 30 knots Central pressure: 1004 hPa AREA AFFECTED FORECAST Maximum winds to 30 knots near the centre. Winds above 34 knots are no longer expected. Forecast positions At 0900 UTC 11 April: Within 50 nautical miles of 22.4 south 113.6 east Central pressure 1006 hPa. Winds to 25 knots near centre.
