Discussion and outlook
----------------------
At 700 AM CHST...2100 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm 14W will
be located near Latitude 24.8 North and Longitude 159.3 East.
Tropical Storm 14W is moving toward the northwest at 9 mph. It is
expected to make a turn toward the north with little change in
forward speed over the next 24 hours.

Maximum sustained winds remain at 40 mph. Tropical Storm 14W is
forecast to gradually intensify over the next few days.

Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 160 miles from the
center in the northeast quadrant and up to 75 miles from the center 
in the remaining quadrants.
