While minor inundation still lingers in ares from San Luis to High Island, flood waters should recede over the next several hours. Widespread power outages have been reported across the region in the wake of Beryl, leaving many residents without access to proper cooling. With hot conditions expected over the next several days, residents without power should be mindful of the heat and take precautions now. POTENTIAL IMPACTS ----------------- * WIND: Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time across Southeast Texas. * SURGE: Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time across Southeast Texas. * FLOODING RAIN: Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time across Southeast Texas. * TORNADOES: Little to no additional impacts are anticipated at this time across Southeast Texas.
