* At 511 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Williamstown,
  moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Williamstown, Dry Ridge, Owenton, Kentucky Speedway, Morgan,
  Glencoe, Corinth, Sparta, Stewartsville, Elk Lake, Natlee, New
  Liberty, Camp Northward, New Columbus, Cherry Grove, Long Ridge,
