URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

Snowfall rates have declined across much of the region late this
morning and allowing for improving road conditions. As a result,
the Winter Weather Advisory has been cancelled. Light snow will
continue across the region through the afternoon which may lead
additional accumulations of up to 1 inch. 

Additionally, a Wind Advisory remains in affect through this
evening with wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph ongoing. This may lead to
drifting snow in spots. Furthermore, higher wind gusts with snow 
covered trees may lead isolated power outages and tree damage.
