  the Huron Mountains. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Baraga and Marquette Counties.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult, especially on
  secondary roads. Patchy blowing snow could significantly reduce
  visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the morning 
  commute.
