* WHAT...Patchy snow, mainly across the Big Country. Additional snow 
  accumulations less than one inch.

* WHERE...All of west central Texas.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...With temperatures well-below freezing, roads and 
  especially bridges and overpasses will continue to be slick and 
  hazardous.
