* WHAT...Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations up to three
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Snow and ice covered roads will make travel hazardous,
  with the possibility of very difficult or impossible travel. Snow
  and blowing snow will reduce visibility to a quarter mile or less.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your
vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
