AFTERNOON ABOVE 4500 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow above 4500 feet. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 
  5 inches, with locally higher amounts above 5500 feet. Winds 
  gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Mazatzal Mountains, Pinal/Superstition Mountains and 
  Southeast Gila County.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon. 

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The dangerously 
  cold wind chills as low as 10 above zero could result in 
  hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
