FOR SOUTHEASTERN NEW HAVEN AND CENTRAL SUFFOLK COUNTIES...

At 521 PM EST, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from Woodbridge to near New Haven to 9 miles south of
Branford to near Wading River, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
