  Labette County in southeastern Kansas...
  Montgomery County in southeastern Kansas...
  Chautauqua County in southeastern Kansas...

* Until 1100 AM CST.

* At 955 AM CST, a dangerous snow squall was moving southeast at 35 
  mph across far southeast Kansas.

  HAZARD...Extremely poor visibility in moderate to heavy snow and 
           blowing snow. Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Near whiteout 
           conditions at times.

  SOURCE...Radar, ground-truth observations, and webcams.

  IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

Locations impacted include...
Parsons, Coffeyville, Independence, Cherryvale, Caney, Oswego,
Chetopa, Sedan, Altamont, Cedar Vale, Edna, Dearing, Mound Valley,
Elk City, Tyro, Peru, Liberty, Chautauqua, Havana and Elgin.
