...EXTREME COLD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM SATURDAY TO 10 
AM EST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 20 to 30 mph 
  with gusts up to 60 mph expected. For the Extreme Cold Warning, 
  dangerously cold wind chills as low as 32 below expected.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...For the High Wind Warning, until 10 PM EST Saturday. For 
  the Extreme Cold Warning, from 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. 
  Power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially 
  for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low 
  as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as 
  little as 10 minutes.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero 
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest winds could gust as high as 40 to 
  45 mph through Saturday.

  mountains and much of the lowlands of West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 1 PM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could 
  result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
