  Pine Ridge Reservation, Southern Foothills, Southern Black Hills, 
  Western Fall River, Eastern Fall River, Southern Campbell, Weston 
  County Plains, and Newcastle.

* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...The high winds may damage roofs, small outbuildings, and
