...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern Wayne,
Cayuga and west central Oswego Counties through 315 PM EDT...

At 238 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fair Haven Beach State Park, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Oswego, Fulton, Fair Haven Beach State Park, Battle Island State
Park, Scriba, Volney, Palermo, Sterling, Wolcott, Minetto, Hannibal,
Red Creek, Furniss, Fruit Valley, Granby Center and Port Bay.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
