The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued an Airport
Weather Warning for...

Myrtle Beach International Airport /MYR/.

The following weather hazards are expected:

A wind direction shift of 60 degrees or more with wind speed greater
than 20 knots. 

A strong cold front and sharp wind shift is approaching MYR airport 
from the west. This should move across the terminal around 0540Z 
(1240 AM EST) with SSW winds shifting to NW in a few minutes and 
gusts reaching 40-45 kts. 

All appropriate actions for winds of this magnitude should be rushed 
to completion. Please contact the National Weather Service with any 
questions or concerns.
