...PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS PARTS OF SOUTHEAST ND...

Patchy dense fog occasionally reducing visibility to around one- 
quarter mile has developed across parts of southeast North Dakota
along the Sheyenne River Valley and locations west. Travelers 
should be prepared for rapidly deteriorating visibility, and to 
use extra caution at intersections and railroad crossings. The 
fog is expected to improve around midnight.
