...BANDS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOW WILL AFFECT PARTS OF 
OTOE...PAWNEE... JOHNSON...NEMAHA...AND RICHARDSON COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...Bands of moderate to heavy snow accompanied by winds of up 
to 50 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than a half 
mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1013 PM CST, a band of snow was along a 
line extending from near Table Rock to 4 miles northwest of Stella 
to 6 miles southeast of Nemaha and moving southeast at 35 MPH. An 
additional snow band was located across central Otoe County.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Nebraska City, Falls City, Auburn, Tecumseh, Pawnee City, Syracuse,
Humboldt, Peru, Palmyra, Sterling, Johnson, Cook, Unadilla, Table
Rock, Talmage, Dunbar, Douglas, Rulo, Verdon, and Stella.

heavy snow. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads
