FOR GUSTY WINDS AND DRY FUELS FOR NORTH CENTRAL AND PARTS OF 
NORTHEAST KANSAS...

* AFFECTED AREA...Republic, Washington, Marshall, Cloud, Clay,
  Riley, Ottawa and Dickinson.

* TIMING...Until 9 PM CST this evening.

* WINDS...South and Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 40 
  mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.

* TEMPERATURES...Up to 74.

* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread 
  quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
