Valid late tonight through the day on Thursday.

Winds will increase later tonight from the southwest and by a
couple hours after midnight we will see winds of 20 to 30 mph with
gusts of 30 to 40mph. These winds will continue through the early
morning hours. We may see slower winds, by late morning on 
Thrusday, but winds 20 to 30 mph winds return by early afternoon
and will continue till around sunset (5 PM MST). With the recent
rains, we are not expecting much in the way for blowing dust and
visibility reductions.
