Multiple threats of lightning/wind/heavy rain.

Thunderstorms are developing southwest of the terminal and are
anticipated to be in the vicinity, or over the area by 4PM. The
area will be under threat from thunderstorms until 6PM this
evening. Frequent lightning, gust winds up to 30 mph and brief 
heavy rainfall will be the main threats.
