...Inclement weather for Manu'a, Swains and Rose atoll ...

Tropical Disturbance 08F (TD08F) along the active South Pacific 
Convergence Zone (SPCZ) is forecast to bring damaging winds, heavy
rain and hazardous ocean conditions tonight through Tuesday, 
mainly focusing over Manu'a, Swains and Rose atoll. Latest model
runs show TD08F within the SPCZ, currently located to the 
northwest of the territory, moving quickly to the north of 
Tutuila then turning southeast between Manu'a Islands and Rose 
atoll Tuesday.

At this time, there is a low chance of Tutuila and Aunu'u getting
impacted by the above system. However, a slight shift in the SPCZ
axis may quickly increase this chance. Therefore, we urge the 
public to continue staying prepared throughout our hurricane 
season (November until April) and stay informed with latest
