...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 545 PM CDT THIS 
AFTERNOON FOR SOUTHEASTERN ST. CLAIR AND NORTH CENTRAL TALLADEGA 
COUNTIES...

At 441 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that produced 
between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain in the Pell City and Riverside 
areas. Flooding of various roads in Pell City was reported by city 
officials.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Pell City, Lincoln, Riverside, Ragland, Logan Martin Lake, 
  Harrisburg, Honda Manufacturing Of Alabama, St. Clair County 
  Airport and Cropwell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.
