...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 11 PM MST THIS EVENING FOR 
EAST CENTRAL COCONINO AND WEST CENTRAL NAVAJO COUNTIES...

Very heavy rain fell earlier this afternoon and evening from just 
north of Heber across the Black Canyon and Chevelon Canyon 
drainages. Flood waters moved down these drainages during the 
evening, and could reach the confluence with the Little Colorado 
River Valley by Thursday morning.
