NORTHERN MAHASKA AND SOUTHEASTERN JASPER COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...

The heavy rain has ended. Flash flooding is no longer expected to 
pose a threat. An Areal flood warning will be issued for much of 
this area, since there are numerous road closures ongoing. 

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
