...FLASH FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR 
NORTHWESTERN CASS IN AND NORTHEASTERN WHITE COUNTIES...

Additional showers and thunderstorms are expected tonight, but the 
potential for additional heavy rainfall has diminished. The flash 
flood warning will be allowed to expire and replaced with an areal 
flood warning due to the heavy rainfall this evening.
